Sarah-Jane graduated from the Royal College of Music in 2009 with First Class Honours, received her MA DipRAM in 2013 from the Royal Academy of Music and completed her studies at the National Opera Studio this year.
She has performed solos at prestigious venues such as St Paul’s Church Covent Garden, The National Portrait Gallery, The Royal Albert Hall, The Royal Opera House, Mitsunaka Hall (Japan) and Cadogan Hall.
Sarah-Jane is the winner of the Kathleen Ferrier Bursary for Young Singers 2006, The Leith Hill Award 2008, Jackdaws Great Elm Vocal Awards 2009, Essex Young Musician of the Year 2010, Major Van Someren Godfrey Prize 2011, Richard Lewis / Jean Shanks Prize 2012, Ludmilla Andrew Russian Song Prize 2013, Freda Parry Singing Competition 2013, Hampshire Singing Competition 2013, 2nd Prize Kathleen Ferrier Awards 2014 and is a Samling Artist.
She recently covered the role of Desdemona for the English National Opera and at the end of this year Sarah-Jane will take part in a Winter Workshop in Nevada led by Dolora Zajick.
