George Herbert was born in Manchester in 2001. He is studying for an MA in Ensemble Piano at the Royal Academy of Music with Professors Michael Dussek and James Baillieu, where he is a scholarship recipient and a member of the Academy Song Circle. He is a Leeds Song Young Artist and a participant in the Wigmore Hall’s French Song Exchange. George studied German and Music at the University of Cambridge and looks forward to upcoming recitals with singers and instrumentalists at the Wigmore Hall, the Salle Cortot in Paris and Hallwyska in Stockholm. He is kindly supported by the Choir Association of St John’s College, Cambridge.
