Edward Kim studied at Royal College of Music and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama under Adrian Thompson and Donald Maxwell, generously supported by Drake Calleja Trust, Sybil Tutton Opera Awards and The Sir Geraint Evans Centenary Scholarship. Operatic roles include a concert performance of Dandini La Cenerentola with Welsh National Opera Orchestra; Forrester The Cunning Little Vixen (Hampstead Garden Opera); Rugby Sir John in Love (British Youth Opera); Sargente La bohème (Verbier Festival); Conte Le nozze di Figaro (Berlin Opera Academy) and Falke Die Fledermaus (RWCMD). Future plans include Schaunard La bohème (Opera Synergy) and Marquis de la Force Dialogues of the Carmelites (RWCMD).
