Baritone Redmond Sanders studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama as a postgraduate student under the tutelage of Susan Waters. He is generously supported by the Robert Easton scholarship. Redmond graduated from the Royal College of Music as a Rhoddy-Voremburg scholar in 2023 where he was the undergraduate winner of the 2023 Brooks Van Der Pump English Song Competition.

Roles during his time at the Royal College of Music include 2nd Armed Man Die Zauberflöte (November 2021), John Styx Orpheus in the Underworld (November 2022) and Il Boscaiuolo La bella dormente nel bosco by Respighi (March 2023). He also covered L’horloge comtoise and Le chat L’enfant et les sortilèges.

Oratorio works include baritone solo in Vaughan Williams A Sea Symphony at the Royal College of Music and at St Asaph’s Cathedral, Wales and Puccini’s Messa Di Gloria, Monkstown Church, Dublin
