James Garnon

James Garnon trained at Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and Edinburgh University. He is an Associate Artist at Shakespeare’s Globe where he has performed in over twenty productions, playing parts as varied as Pericles and Parolles, Caliban and Claudius, and Mercutio and Macbeth. He is also a member of their Higher Education Faculty for whom he has taught actors, academics, designers and directors. He has frequently acted for the Royal Shakespeare Company, was a founder member of The Factory Theatre Company, and has performed at numerous other venues in the West End, at the Old Vic and Wigmore Hall. Aside from varied radio, film and television work, James regularly works for the British American Drama Academy and with singers as a masterclass leader for the Verbier Festival and both the Samling Artist Programme and Academy.
