Tim Morgan is an undergraduate scholar at the Royal College of Music and the winner of the 2014 Kathleen Ferrier Society Bursary for Young Singers. He studies with Tim Evans-Jones and is coached by Caroline Dowdle. Whilst at RCM he has taken part in masterclasses with Patricia Bardon, Lawrence Zazzo and Masaaki Suzuki.
Recent highlights include an appearance on BBC Radio 3’s Music Matters performing a previously unrecorded aria from Gluck’s opera Artamene, performances with The Hanover Band, Harry Christophers and Genesis Sixteen and an ‘RCM Rising Star’ recital at Cadogan Hall.
His operatic performances include Arsace Berenice with La Nuova Musica at the London Handel Festival, Ruggiero Alcina
(Rydale Festival Opera), cover Apollo Death in Venice (Garsington Opera), cover Endimione La Calisto (English Touring Opera) cover Polinesso Ariodante (RCM International Opera School) and cover Paus in Calliope Tsoupaki’s new opera Mariken in de tuin der Lusten (Dutch National Theatre).
